Mortgage Insurance Program

This mortgage insurance program (also called 203(b) mortgage insurance) is managed by the FHA (Federal Housing  Administration). It allows you to keep your down payment as low as 3% of your home purchase price and have most of  your fees and closing costs added to your mortgage loan.

The HUD program insures your mortgage so you can have a lower down payment and lower interest rate for your  mortgage. For complete program details contact your local HUD Offices.
